Where
Love is Born
By
Robin Krasny
Where Love
is born and cannot die
I find my wings and learn to fly
Through dusty maze and ruined halls
Among ashes of protective walls
Into graves of ghosts and ghouls
Deep through flesh and bloody pools,
Where life is thick, and beats along,
Regardless of the dirge-like song
Despite the seeming tragedies
The handicaps and maladies
The bittersweet, the unrequite
The aftershocks of plague and blight.
I have no doubt, no fear at all
That I will soar through rise and fall
And I will take to sky and sea,
But, only when IÌve been through me.
Yes, I can trust Eternity
Where love is born÷continually.
