A Voice Called "OM"

There is a voice inside of you
A voice you’ve always known
A voice that speaks when all is still
The Voice that you call home.
And tho’ this voice is soft and low
It whispers sweet and clear.
Yet, people seldom hear it
Since their lives are filled with Fear.
So, still the mind and calm the fears.
That’s what you have to do
To hear the ever-present song
Of the Voice inside of you.
And many things will happen.
Your heart will open up.
Your thoughts will slowly start to change
As you empty out your cup.
Once you’re empty, life will fill
the corners and the cracks
And all the darkened doorways
Where you used to turn your back.
Clearly, you will begin to see
More beauty and more grace
The Voice of "OM" will call you Home
To your Sacred Inner Place.
