Robin Krasny and Eddy Fischer joined their creative minds and hearts, voices and talents to become the ONE Robin and Eddy. Robin and Eddy's combined inspirations are touching people's hearts all over the world with unique original music and poetry. It is in the merging of these two diametrically opposite human beings creating such beautiful harmonies, catching melodies, and deep emotion that audiences worldwide have felt the Spirit of peace, promise, purpose, and prosperity usher in a new time in a brand new world of infinite possibility. Innovative songwriter and guitarist Eddy Fischer, has a long list of credits and musical experience to his name. He has performed, and he has played as a studio musician with some of the greatest folk legends ever, like Barry McGuire, Bob Gibson, Freddie Neill and Vince Martin. He has worked with Michael Nesmith of the Monkees, and Denny Doherty of the Mamas and Papas. Denny, Eddy, and writer, Linda Woodward, released an album in 1971 called "Whatcha Gonna Do," which can still be heard from time to time playing over the airwaves, and on the Mamas and Papas Anthology CD Collection. Eddy put his career on hiatus for 18 years, leaving his band, "Evereddy Eddy" to devote himself full-time to single parenthood. His daughter, Abagale, is staking out her claim in the House Music world, singing, writing and producing her own music. Eddy is back and ever ready. Robin Gayle Krasny was born the same year Eddy got his first guitar. Robin began playing piano on her mother's lap when she was 2 years old. Her love of singing and playing her heartĂs emotion was her way of processing life's experiences and coming up with beautiful pearls of wisdom. Music is healing and Robin knows this very well. Robin studied psychology and healing arts, teaches yoga, practices hands-on bodywork techniques, breathing design, and prayer. She infuses her music and performance with the power of her experience in the realms of healing. Her work in the areas of death and dying with cancer patients, as well as losing her sweetheart in a hit and run accident two years ago has given her a perspective of life that is honest, open, and free. Playing the flutes, clarinets, penny whistles, and piano, Robin integrates instrumentals with vocals brilliantly. Her poetry reaches the depths of the soul and invites the heart to embrace the light and the dark. Robin has written, starred in and extremely successfully produced, "The Light Show," with Eddy. "The Light Show" is a theatrical musical combining ancient and modern wisdoms, music, dance, poetry, and comedy, telling the story of a woman moving through "the dark night of the soul" into an awakening of her connection to all of life. With her experience in acting, on stage, in film, and TV, Robin lends her depth and width of interest and expertise to her musical performances. Robin & Eddy are a rare and wonderful musical find in this world of crazy pop-culture, smoke and lights, and ear-piercing amplification. They bring a wildly new and refreshing element to "modern music." They bring their open hearts, their faith in love, their dreams of prosperity, peace, and freedom for everyone. They bring a message. There is only One. |
